HOW TO USE THIS MODULE

On your Helpdesk Team settings, we can set Website Form Visibility to:
Open: All portal users can see and fill in the form.
Follower: Only followers of this Helpdesk team can access the website form.

If the website visibility is set to Follower, a portal user who is not a follower of this Helpdesk team cannot access the website form.

If the portal user is a follower, they will be able to see the Helpdesk form on the website.
