STORY BEHIND THE FEATURES
ODOO BEHAVIOR
Odoo proposes a simple leave interface with leave allocation and leave request but with limited automation, which implied manual intervention for the HR officer.
CLUEDOO BEHAVIOR
Cluedoo proposes configuration options in order for the HR officer to configure leaves once a year, then ensure that all the behavior is properly fixed for the whole year: holidays are defined, allocation will be done automatically every month and so can be reported on the payslip, employee can request leave only on open leave type,…

HOW TO USE THIS MODULE
Dependencies
Add Email Template on Subtype
Global Time-Off
Cluedoo has configuration settings that allow to see all the leaves from other companies on a multi-company level.
Working Schedule
By going to Time-Off → Configuration → Working Schedule, we are able to set working hours and global time off settings.
Fix Time-Off
By going to Time-Off → Managers → Fix Time-Off, we can set the fix date.
Postpone Remaining Holidays
On Time-Off → Configuration → Time-Off Types → Action, we have Postpone Remaining Holidays option. When we click this option, it will show the wizard and we can set the employee who has remaining holidays
Inactivate Time-off by Cron
Cluedoo provides scheduled action to remove all inactive time-off (e.g last year time-off)
Accrual Mode: Allocation
Cluedoo allows to create accrual allocation lines
