ODOO'S FUNCTIONS
Odoo has removed the option to manually merge Request for Quotes (RFQs) and now performs this action automatically when necessary.
CLUEDOO'S FUNCTIONS
You have the option, under certain constraints, to merge multiple RFQs into one, allowing you to organize your purchase orders according to your preferences.

Combine multiple RFQs
HOW TO USE THIS MODULE
Step 1:
Go to Purchase > Request for Quotation. On the Purchase tree/list view, we are able to merge RFQs with the same partner, same currency, and same warehouse.
For example, select two RFQs and click Action - Merge Request for Quotations.
Step 2:
When clicking Merge Request for Quotation, a pop-up wizard will appear.
2. Create new order and delete all selected purchase order
3. Merge order on existing selected order and cancel others: select an existing order and add other orders by cancelling the rest of the selected orders.

Step 3:
The statuses of old RFQs are now cancelled. A new RFQ is created with a new number.
Step 4:
RFQs with different partners cannot be merged. A warning message will appear if a merge is attempted.
RFQs that have different warehouse locations or different currencies cannot be merged.
