STORY BEHIND THE FEATURES
ODOO BEHAVIOUR
When you create a user, Odoo will automatically create a related partner; however, this will be an individual not related to any company.

Go Settings → Users & Companies → Users. Create a user and save. A Related Partner is created automatically.
