STORY BEHIND THE FEATURES
ODOO BEHAVIOUR
Odoo proposes to have a double validation according to a specific amount on purchase orders. However, it does not fully manage the extra stage and, if the classic purchaser has purchase manager access rights, Odoo only make a 1 step approbation workflow.
CLUEDOO BEHAVIOUR
Cluedoo proposes a double validation based which is fixed in the workflow and does not depend on the user access right.

For a validation workflow, Cluedoo considers that it's better to fix it and not dynamically adjust it based on access right, which could imply less visibility.
BUSINESS CASE
Your workflow is to have first validation by the purchase manager then second validation by the CEO. Then, this workflow is possible in Cluedoo, and not in Odoo because your purchase manager has too high access right for that in Odoo Standard.

HOW TO USE THIS MODULE ?

In Purchase setting, set the Purchase Restriction via Proposal.
2. Purchase User
Create RFQ and click 'Confirm Order'. The status will be set to "To Approve".
3. Purchase Manager
Click Approve Order to confirm the Purchase Order.
