ODOO'S FUNCTIONS

Odoo provies a working schedule, which defines day and work hours for each employee. It's a good basis, but it misses a lot of information which drives the life of the employee in the company.

CLUEDOO'S FUNCTIONS

Cluedoo extends the notion of working schedule to convention. The principle is to consider that this convention will give the framework of the employee as long as she/he is collaborator of the company:

- Onboarding signature of the convention and the handbook.
- Define the leave policy (period of contribution, period to take them, fixed leaves, and so on).

HOW TO USE THIS MODULE

Go to Leaves -> Configuration -> Working Schedule and create Working Time.

Notes :
1. Fill the Name field with total hours of working per week.
2. Hours per Day: choose Hour(s)
3. Attachment name: attachment title
4. Attachment: upload your file
5. For the Working Time tab:
a. Name: Name of working time
b. Day of Week: Choose the day
c. Work from: Starting time of the work period
d. Work to: Ending time of the work period

Working Time for Leave Time
Leave time will be automatically filled if there are employees on leave.

Working Time for Periodic Allocation.

Go to Fix Date menu to create a fixed date of leaves.

Add name fix date, select resource calendar, and select the leave type.

Select Resource Calendar.

Then Validate/Create Leave.
