ODOO'S FUNCTIONS
Odoo allows you to create an email template, but does not offer the possibility to send emails automatically when we schedule an activity.
CLUEDOO'S FUNCTIONS
Cluedoo offers the possibility to send emails automatically when we schedule an activity.
HOW TO USE THIS MODULE
AUTOMATIC SEND EMAIL
1. On Activity Types > Email, we need to set the Model and Email Template in order to allow the email to send automatically.
2. Create a scheduled activity on the model that we set on activity type. Select Email as the activity type, then check the box "Automatic Send Email at Due Date".
3. The email will be sent automatically.
4. Check the scheduled action on technical settings to set the execution date.
