ODOO'S FUNCTIONS

Odoo's Activity feature allows users to manage, organize and assigns tasks; however, users are unable to track or monitor updates.

CLUEDOO'S FUNCTIONS

To ensure activities' tracking and flow in a project, we added the following features:

- Updates on activities in Chatter.

- Records of history of done/edited/canceled activities. 

MODULE +

Users can easily track the adjustment in the history of individual task. Whether it involves numerous changes made to specific activities or discrepancies, administrators can review all these details within the Activity Log. 

CLUEDOO RECOMMENDATION

Install this module on 100% of your database as it is very useful to improve the management of staff assignments.

Create an activity.

Choose to edit or cancel the task.

Once edited, there will be an update on the activity within the log note column. The updated version will be present as well as the original version.

Similarly, there will also be an update if the task is canceled.

When a task is completed, there will be an immediate update in the log note.
