Odoo does not provide contract templates for a quick fulfillment of the contract data.

With this module, your HR manager can write a list of contract templates used by the company and attach the official contract type of the company. When there is a need for contract modifications, an HR assistant with an access right has the ability to create the contract because all the technical featuress are pre-defined on the contract template.

Create an Employee Contract Template
Select a Contract Template on Contracts
HOW TO USE THIS MODULE

Go to Employee → Configuration → Contract Template and create a new Employee Contract Template. Fill in the mandatory fields (Contract Reference, Salary Structure Type, Start Date, and Working Schedule) as well as subsidiary fields if needed. Also, check the "Is Template?" checkbox.

Go to Employee → Contracts and Create a contract. You will have the ability to choose the employee contract template under the Contract Template field.
